Eligibility Period for Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Any product that shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or has been washed or used will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please note that the 30-day period starts from the day you receive the package, as confirmed by the delivery tracking information.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items are excluded from our return and exchange policy due to their nature or customization. These include: (1) Customized or personalized products (e.g., items with monograms, custom prints, or made-to-order sizes) unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. (2) Final sale items, which are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page at the time of purchase. (3) Intimate apparel (e.g., bras, underwear) and swimwear, unless the original hygiene seal is unbroken and the item is in its original packaging. This exclusion is in place to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
Return & Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: (1) Complete the return/exchange request form available on our website, providing your order number, contact information, and details of the items you wish to return or exchange (e.g., product name, size, reason for return). (2) Wait for confirmation of your request. We will review your submission within 2-3 business days and send you a return authorization (RA) number via email if your request is approved. (3) Package the eligible items securely, including a copy of the order confirmation or packing slip, and clearly mark the RA number on the outer packaging. (4) Ship the package to the return address provided in the RA confirmation email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges: The cost of returning items to us is your responsibility, unless the return or exchange is due to a defective product, incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, wrong color sent by us), or a shipping error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, or reimburse you for the reasonable shipping costs upon receipt of proof of payment. For exchanges, the cost of shipping the replacement item to you will be covered by us, except for international exchanges where additional shipping fees may apply (these will be communicated to you prior to processing the exchange).
Inspection & Processing of Returns: Upon receiving your return package, we will inspect the items to verify their eligibility. This inspection typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of receipt. If the items meet the return criteria, we will proceed with processing your refund or exchange: (1) For refunds: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of inspection approval. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price of the returned items, excluding any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times. (2) For exchanges: We will process the replacement item as soon as possible. If the requested replacement size or color is out of stock, we will notify you via email and offer you the option of a refund or exchanging for an alternative item of equal or lesser value (with a refund of the difference if applicable).
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item, its packaging, and the defect or damage. We will investigate the issue promptly and offer a solution, which may include a full refund, replacement, or exchange.
